In the beginning you will:
- Manage and oversee social media content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and consultants to coordinate social media campaigns, promotions, and initiatives;
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency and to leverage social media for cross-promotional efforts;
- Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and feedback, and actively engage with followers to foster meaningful interactions and build community;
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies to advise on the company’s social media strategy.
After a while, you will also:
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to inform content strategy and optimize performance;
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics data to track the effectiveness of social media efforts, identify areas for improvement, and report on campaign performance;
- Drive, measure, and report community growth and engagement from social media. Provide reports on feedback and sentiment;
- Analysis and evaluation of social media key figures to identify trends and optimization potential;
- Cultivate relationships with brand advocates, influencers, and content creators.
