IT Recruiter


  • Previous work experience as a Recruiter or a similar role, HR related;
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g., recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings) and online platforms;
  • Thorough understanding of the national talent pool and global recruiting strategies (knowing, understanding and identifying IT profiles represents a big plus);
  • Highly inquisitive about the latest innovations and passionate about delivering results;
  • A team oriented person, with excellent communication skills;
  • Results orientation and effective time-management abilities;
  • High attention to details and data accuracy;
  • Dynamic, sociable, adaptable and proactive person;
  • Advanced English skills (both spoken and written).


  • Coordinate with hiring managers to determine positions’ requirements;
  • Understand various open technical position requirements;
  • Identify and interact with potential passive candidates via social media and professional networks (LinkedIn, GitHub etc);
  • Contact short-listed candidates and scheduling screening appointments, HR interviews, technical interviews;
  • Collaborate with hiring managers for recruitment steps and final decision;
  • Keep track of the recruitment pipeline’s progress;
  • Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs;
  • Promote our employer brand online and offline.
