Marketing & Employer Branding Coordinator


  • Digital marketing/media experience;
  • SEO knowledge;
  • Proven experience in planning, implementing, managing and optimizing digital media campaigns;
  • Proven experience in working with Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager and LinkedIn Ads Manager;
  • Highly inquisitive about the latest innovation in technology and passionate about delivering results;
  • Dynamic, sociable, adaptable and proactive person, problem solving attitude;
  • Excel skills – medium level for reporting purposes;
  • Advanced English skills;
  • The average knowledge of graphics and design is an advantage.


  • Create the marketing plan (set strategies and objectives);
  • Execute the online campaigns (Google Search, Google Display Network, Facebook, email marketing);
  • Manage and report campaign budgets;
  • Utilize analytics platforms to evaluate advertising performance and make recommendations to optimize spend and performance for continual improvement;
  • Actively participate at settling marketing and sales target;
  • Coordinates the advertising of the website;
  • Acts as a brand ambassador and reflects company’s values at all times.
