Social Media Junior Specialist

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree/ ongoing Master studies in Marketing / Communication / Psychology is a plus;
  • Excellent command of Romanian language;
  • Very good written and communication skills in English (minimum B2);
  • Strong interest and passion for Social Media – curiosity for social media and digital marketing and willingness to learn & grow in this field;
  • Knowledge of Social Media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, etc.;
  • Good knowledge of tech – knowledge of AI’s tools is preferable but not a must;
  • Able to judge creative work and give relevant, insightful and inspirational feedback to creative agencies and other parties;
  • Detail-oriented and enthusiastic person;
  • Excellent team player, with a problem-solving mindset and good time-management skills;
  • Initiative and open to trying new approaches;
  • Fast learner individual.

Nice to have

  • Previous internship or relevant experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing;
  • Previous experience with Canva, MailChimp, Google Analytics or other relevant tools.

Responsibilities

In the beginning you will:

  • Manage and oversee social media content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and consultants to coordinate social media campaigns, promotions, and initiatives;
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency and to leverage social media for cross-promotional efforts;
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and feedback, and actively engage with followers to foster meaningful interactions and build community;
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies to advise on the company’s social media strategy.

After a while, you will also:

  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to inform content strategy and optimize performance;
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics data to track the effectiveness of social media efforts, identify areas for improvement, and report on campaign performance;
  • Drive, measure, and report community growth and engagement from social media. Provide reports on feedback and sentiment;
  • Analysis and evaluation of social media key figures to identify trends and optimization potential;
  • Cultivate relationships with brand advocates, influencers, and content creators.
